As a frustrated songwriter myself, I appreciated it. I have one that I put up on my stack somewhere...Found it! My writing "partner" is my Chiropractor. I just call him Dr. Dave. He does all the heavy lifting. It's his project. He just mentioned that I should write some songs for my own therapy -- I had some workplace trauma -- and he thought it might do me some good. I thought he meant I should write him some words. So I did. I wrote them out on a piece of paper and gave them to him. This is what he gave me back...https://open.substack.com/pub/benwoestenburg/p/the-sound-of-loneliness?r=254e8w&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web

I got a folder full of poems I wrote for him. I don't title them. I let his do that. I just number them. One day I'll put them out. I call it NUMEROLOGY. I've got about 46 of them. I saw him yesterday, and he said he was thinking of doing a Christmas song. I've been thinkin' of words...for the last couple of hours.
